Socialise, make new friends and develop your interests

Coffee Mornings

Coffee Mornings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at St Andrew’s Church Centre, Ferring (BN12 5HN) from 10am to 11.45am.  Friends and residents are invited to these meetings which provide an opportunity to chat as well as listening to a guest speaker giving a short talk or demonstration regarding local or topical subjects.

Lunches

We enjoy lunch (arrive 12.15pm), followed by a talk from a guest speaker, at Worthing Indoor Bowls Club (BN13 1NP) on the third Wednesday of each month.

Social Activities

There are various social activities - afternoon tea outings, playing games (eg Shuffleboard), entertainment (eg films, Bell Ringers) - throughout the year and members are encouraged to invite friends and relatives to participate in these activities.

Forthcoming speakers & talks

3rd February: Coffee morning at St Andrew's Church Centre, Ferring. Talk by Laura Sothcott from St Barnabas Hospice.

18 February: Lunch at Worthing Indoor Bowls Club followed by a talk by club member Tony Forward, "A funny thing happened on the way to the (Police) station"
